My family has been living in Hoboken for the last 20yrs. We had a local management company fpr 10 yrs that pretty much drove our building to the ground. We hired Hudson Property Management two years ago and we have already seen a drastic improvement in the services a property management company should provide. As a board member of the association, we highly recommend Hudson Property Management.

We've had a great relationship with Hudson Property Management as they have managed our building now for several years and I then I learned they could help with remolding my bathroom. They let me buy the tile and then just demoed and installed it. They were flexible and worked around my schedule which I appreciated. The work came out great and I would definitely recommend them to others in my building looking for an update. I will quote with them again for sure!

I am president of my condo association and we hired Hudson Property Management (HPM) several years ago. We have been very pleased with their level of service, and I would give them my highest recommendation as a property management company. They particularly excel in several facets of property management. First and foremost, they are excellent project managers. In cases where they don't have the expertise for a complicated repair, they will first start with an engineering report and act on their recommendation. We have had to do several large projects in our building, and all were successful with HPM in charge. They have a proprietary web portal to handle all work orders. There are several layers of permissions for board members and owners. This has simplified the communication and work-tracking process for us all. They come equipped with several policies that they recommend to apply to your building. Their policies are based on their years of experience as property managers as they have had to handle countless unforeseen circumstances. Finally, they are sound financial planners. They helped rescue our finances from years of mismanagement from our previous management company, and we are on solid financial footing as a result.

Excellent property management company overall. They're personable, professional, and knowledgeable with an extensive list of vendors to make certain any property issues are addressed quickly and to your complete satisfaction. Hudson's ability to assist in property concerns range from a simple repair, to larger repairs covered by Condo Association Insurance, as well as interior designing and even property sales. We switched to Hudson Property Management after lackluster performance of our previous management company. Hudson Helped us through a number of difficult issues and has been a steady and reliable partner in running our building. They have access to good contractors and have been responsive to issues that arise. I recommend Hudson to any who are in need of professional management for their building

Hudson Property Management provided an extremely easy and pleasant service during a condo purchase. I am a person who asks a lot of questions and they were not shy to answer them. Always responsive and always treat you with respect. One of their associates, Michael Bellino has been a huge help addressing all my requests in a timely manner. Now that it has been over a month from the purchase, they continue to provide assistance when needed. Their portal is a very nice resource to get the most updated information, submit work orders and pay your maintenance fee. Highly recommend everyone who is considering working with them!

It’s been almost a year since our Association started using Hudson Property Management and we have been beyond impressed since day one. They made the transition from our previous management company seamless, have worked with us to restore the Association’s financial health, and have made sure that the building is properly serviced and cared for through their vendors. They are an extremely talented team of professionals, with a wide range of expertises, each of whom is always happy to take the time to answer questions, share insights, and offer support when needed. HPM became our building’s management company a few months ago after the HOA decided to make a change—and the difference has been remarkable. They are responsive, organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our previous management company had left the building in poor condition, with unpaid bills, municipal fines, and numerous maintenance issues. Since taking over, HPM has worked closely with the HOA to address every problem efficiently. They even negotiated with city officials to reduce fines and stabilize our financial situation.
